Upon full payment for our services, clients are granted ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in their individual agreements, subject to any third-party licenses incorporated into the work.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of any accounts or access credentials provided
  • Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorised use

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

For subscription-based services, payments are due in accordance with the terms specified at sign-up. Cancellations must be made according to the notice period specified in your agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wessex Digital Solutions Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services directly causing any damages.
