Hi, I'm Duncan Brown, the founder of Process Forge, a UK based specialist consultancy passionate about helping Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) escape the daily grind of managing admin and achieve their highest potential.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in building digital systems, I've learned a crucial lesson: technology alone is not the answer. In fact, adding software to a broken process just creates faster chaos.

That realisation drove the evolution of Wessex Digital Solutions into Process Forge. Outside of the digital forge, I am actively involved in my local community as a volunteer Scout leader in Warminster. This role allows me to share my passion for the great outdoors with young people, whether we're camping under the stars, learning new skills, or simply exploring the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Giving back to the next generation is something I find incredibly rewarding.
